At The Shepherd’s Compass, we are committed to providing high-quality educational courses and resources. A non-refundable down payment is required to secure enrollment in all courses. Students have up to seven (7) calendar days from the date of enrollment to withdraw from a course and request a refund of payments made, excluding the initial down payment unless otherwise stated. After the 7-day withdrawal period, refunds are no longer issued in full. Any course fees paid for courses not attended or completed will be subject to a 35% administrative and processing fee, and the remaining balance may be issued as a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
